How billing works
Tokenpaper is invoice-based. There is no online checkout and no subscription. Contact us with your token and offer, we scope the whitepaper, and you receive an invoice. Payment terms are set out in the Terms.
Contact usPrices exclude VAT where applicable. Tokenpaper is software that structures, maps and validates your whitepaper against the official ESMA MiCA taxonomy; it does not provide legal advice, and liability for whitepaper content stays with the issuer under Article 15 MiCA.
Pricing questions
Is this a subscription?
No. Both tiers are one-off, per-whitepaper access billed by invoice. There is no recurring charge and no auto-renewal.
How do I pay?
By invoice. Contact us with details of your token and offer; we scope the work and send an invoice. There is no online payment step.
Which tier should I choose?
Choose the €490 conversion tier if you already have a whitepaper draft you want mapped and validated into filing-ready iXBRL. Choose the €1,990 engine tier if you want to build the whitepaper from scratch through a guided questionnaire.
